We are always interested in meeting talented, passionate clinicians. Please reach out to us if you are excited about offering inclusive, high quality psychotherapy services to couples and individuals in the DC metro area. At Espinoza Therapy, all of our clinicians:

-
Get excited about relationship therapy, couples therapy, and/or sex therapy,
-
Are personally committed to offering psychotherapy that is inclusive and affirming of all types of sexualities and identities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, as well as poly, kink, and BDSM communities,
-
Have experience or interest in working with one or more aspects of sex therapy, such as low desire, sexual exploration, infertility, identity issues, trauma, sexual functioning (vaginal pain, erection difficulties), infidelity, etc.,
-
Feel very comfortable talking about sexuality with clients and peers,
-
Are life long therapy nerds who enjoy case consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development, and
-
Hold a masters degree or higher with an active license (or is license eligible) in DC, VA or both (pre-licensed considered in some cases).

We strongly prefer clinicians who have 5-10 years of work experience; career changers are welcome and all previous work experience prior to graduate school is considered.

We believe that therapists can do their best work when they are properly supported. All clinicians receive free supervision in sex therapy and relationship therapy that can count for licensure or certification, an excellent work environment, flexible case loads, and many other benefits. In 2025, full time clinicians with a caseload of 15 or more will be W2 employees with a generous benefits package including paid time off. Please inquire for details.
